Responsibilities:
- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises - Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect any unauthorized activities or security breaches - Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, and take appropriate action as necessary - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services when required - Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role is preferred, but not required - Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and other security equipment is a plus - Strong observational skills with the ability to identify potential security risks or suspicious behavior - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds - Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations - Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods of time - High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certifications in security is a plus Note:
