Overview:
Responsible for accounting office duties with good organization skills, multi task oriented, and motivated to learn.
Bilingual helpful, but not a must.
Tasks:
Answer phones with friendly/professional attitude, transfer to the appropriate associate or take and distribute accurate messages Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person Receive, sort and process incoming mail Monitor incoming emails and respond or forward as required Fax, scan and copy documents as needed Maintain/Create spreadsheets Maintain logs and schedule maintenance for company vehicles Providing support to the Accounting Department, processing invoices and doing weekly payables to the president Providing support for project managers Monitor, maintain supply room in an organized manner.
Order office and shop supplies Performs other duties as assigned Maintain filing, and database systems
Qualifications:
Office/Administrative experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail and personable demeanor.
Time management and organizational skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
